Run the operator by selecting a curve in the 3D Viewport or a mesh connected to a curve (with the Curve Modifier).
You can change the cable properties using shortcuts or make the necessary changes in the window that opens after creating the cable.
You can use left click to complete the process and right click to cancel it.
Cable Radius
You can adjust the thickness of the cable with Shift + Mouse Wheel.
Cable Profile Type
You can change the type of the cable with Alt + Mouse Wheel. You can also use a custom profile of your own choosing. This profile can be curve or mesh. (see custom cable profiles)
Twist
You can use the Ctrl + Mouse Wheel shortcut to twist the cable.
Place Connectors
Using the C and V shortcuts, you can place connectors at the start and endpoints. These connectors can be models you choose, or you can use ready-made segments available in the addon.
